When I went to see North City Cycles I spoke with both Rob and Paul. I was really taken back by their sense of community and the way their shop acts as the connection between buying a bike and riding it. Loved hearing about their shops rides and customer stories. Clearly a store that focuses on the customer experience.
At North City Cycles our goal is to bring to the north of Melbourne the highest quality service, products and overall customer experience possible. We strive to become an important part of the community for commuters and road riders alike and to promote and encourage the beautiful sport of cycling at every possible chance. We will always aim to be inclusive in our dealings with the community and see our shop as a centre for the bike community in the North. We wish to create a place that they can meet and enjoy the company of like minded bike riders and feel they have a home.
